How to Request Data Deletion

If you want us to delete your Facebook and Instagram connection data from Almurshidai Facebook & Instagram Publisher, you can request deletion by contacting us through the email address listed below. Please include enough information for us to identify your account and process the request securely.

Information to Include

  • Your full name.
  • Your registered email address used in the platform.

  • Stored Facebook and Instagram access tokens.
  • Stored account connection details and identifiers.
  • Stored profile information retained for account linking and publishing features.
  • Associated internal records that are no longer required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

Processing Time

We will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 7 business days, unless a longer period is required for security verification, legal obligations, or technical reasons.

Important Notes

  • Deleting stored connection data may disable Facebook and Instagram related features in the platform.
  • Some records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.
  • You can also revoke the platform’s access from your Meta account settings or business integrations settings.
  • After deletion is completed, you may need to reconnect your accounts if you want to use the service again.

Revoke Access from Meta

In addition to emailing us, users may revoke app access directly from their Facebook or Meta settings. Revoking access on Meta may stop future platform access, but a direct deletion request is recommended if you also want stored internal records removed from our systems where applicable.
