This page explains the terms for using Almurshidai YouTube Publisher, a service within Al-Murshid Real Estate platform that allows users to connect their own YouTube accounts through Google OAuth to view authorized YouTube data, manage YouTube interactions, and upload videos directly to their own channels based only on the permissions they explicitly grant.

By using Almurshidai YouTube Publisher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this service.

YouTube Service

What Almurshidai YouTube Publisher Does

Almurshidai YouTube Publisher is a feature within the Al-Murshid Real Estate platform that allows a user to connect their own YouTube account using Google OAuth and use authorized YouTube-related features such as viewing channel-related data, managing YouTube comments and interactions where permitted, and uploading videos to that user’s own channel. The service is limited to these functions and is based strictly on the permissions granted by the user.

YouTube Permissions Used by the Service

youtube.readonly

  • Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly
  • Use: Allows the service to view authorized YouTube account and channel-related information needed to display YouTube data inside the platform.

youtube.force-ssl

  • Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl
  • Use: Allows the service to support authorized YouTube interaction features, including comment-related and other permitted management actions initiated by the user.

youtube.upload

  • Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload
  • Use: Allows the service to upload videos to the authorized user’s own YouTube channel when the user explicitly requests publication.

User Approval Required

These permissions are requested only through Google’s official consent screen. The user remains free to grant or deny access, and may revoke access later through Google account settings at any time.

Eligibility of Use

  • You must use the service in a lawful and authorized manner.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when connecting your account.
  • You must not impersonate another person or connect an account you do not own or control.

Connecting Your YouTube Account

  • The service allows you to connect your YouTube account only through Google’s official OAuth authorization flow.
  • We only receive access after you explicitly approve the requested permissions.
  • You may revoke access later from your Google account settings at any time.

Scope of Service Features

  • The service may display authorized YouTube data, support permitted interaction features, and upload videos to the connected user’s YouTube channel.
  • We do not request unrelated Google account data beyond what is necessary for the approved YouTube-related functionality.
  • Any action taken is limited to the permissions that the user has granted.

Content Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for the videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, comments, replies, and any other actions or content associated with your YouTube account through the service.
  • You must own the content or have a legal right to use and publish it.
  • You must not upload or manage content that violates laws, copyrights, privacy rights, or YouTube policies.

User Authorization and Control

The user remains in control of their YouTube account at all times. Almurshidai YouTube Publisher only performs actions after the user has connected their account and granted permission. We do not claim ownership of the user’s YouTube channel, videos, comments, or related content.

Prohibited Uses

  • Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Uploading harmful, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited content.
  • Attempting to misuse the platform, bypass restrictions, or perform unauthorized actions on YouTube accounts or content.

Third-Party Services

Almurshidai YouTube Publisher depends on Google and YouTube services. We do not own or control Google or YouTube, their policies, availability, approval processes, or technical limitations. Some features may change, become limited, or stop working if Google or YouTube changes their systems or policies.

Access Tokens and Security

If the service stores authorized tokens to support account connection and authorized YouTube features, such tokens are used only for the functionality approved by the user. Users are responsible for protecting their own platform accounts and notifying us if they suspect unauthorized use.

Important Limitations

  • We do not guarantee that every video upload, interaction request, or YouTube action will be accepted by YouTube.
  • We are not responsible for rejections, restrictions, suspensions, or other actions taken by YouTube or Google.
  • We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, or policy compliance of user-uploaded or user-managed content.
  • The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

This application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
